Dark romance books your heart craves.

My name is Alicia Jeanne Dugan, and I write in two genres: High Fantasy, and Dark Fantasy Romance.

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) writing in two different genres meant I needed to publish under two different names.

My high fantasy books, including GoulCrest and Vuthrie, are published under Alicia Jeanne. These books typically focus on adventure and found family. If there is any romance in these books, it is closed door romance and will always be a side plot as opposed to a main focus.

My dark romance fantasy books are published under A. J. Dugan, and typically focus on one couple at a time as they are thrust (pun intended) into high stakes situations where they need to rely on each other to resolve them. These books will have romance as a focal point, and the only closed door will be the one the couple accidentally slams into as they make their way to a bed.
